Your ideas matter
Tell us what types of play experiences you’d like to see. The survey below asks for your preferences and will help guide the design. Design for the new playground will occur during the 2026/27 financial year, with construction planned for 2027/28.
Please provide your feedback by 5 pm Friday 22 May 2026.
Join the co-design process
Co‑design is a collaborative process where community members work alongside Council to help shape the playground’s design.
We’re inviting community members, nearby schools and local groups to help co‑design the new playground. Two sessions will be held:
- August 2026: Share your ideas
- February 2027: Provide feedback on the draft design
Express your interest via the survey.
What happens next?
We’ll share the outcomes of the survey and co‑design process with local residents before works begin. Construction is expected to occur in the 2027/28 financial year.
